THERE ARE DIFFERENT TYPES OF PRESPRAY:

For example grease, ground in dirt, food stains etc. all require a prespray suited
for a particular problem.

Also the prespray must be right for the type of material being treated.

I have the training and experience to know what to use and when to use it.
AFTER THE PRESPRAY

A conditioner is applied making it easier for you to care for your carpet. It is
sprayed deep in the carpet to loosen embedded dirt.

Then the carpet is Steam Cleaned. This cleans, the carpet leaving it completely
free of dirt. Our process removes most of the stains and spots for which others
charge extra.

Following this I apply a rinse that also conditions so no residue is left, leaving
your carpet free of soap or any cleaning chemicals. This process that will
remove any dirt and cleaning solution.

DEODORIZING

Leaves your house smelling fresh from the bottom up. When your carpet smells,
so does the whole house because household odors are trapped in the carpet,
as are smells from out of doors, perhaps carried in on your feet etc.

I use an enzyme powered deodorizer designed to attack odor. These enzymes
eliminate odors from: urine, feces, vomit, sour milk and more by actually
digesting the organic matter that's causing the smell, leaving your carpet
smelling fresh and clean again.
The two hoses coming coming from my truck provide
for a hot and pressurized product to be applied. One is
for the steam cleaner, one is a I Injection Sprayer
connected to the solution hose.
In the prespray is  a spotting agent. This determines how the heated prespray
and deodorizer is applied.
A prespray is a pretreatment solution applied to areas
of the carpet in advance of the extraction process.

The purpose of the solution is to:

1. Improve cleaning, particularly on difficult areas.

2. Prevent over wetting, which might occur if too many wet passes are done
over a heavily soiled area in an effort to get it clean.

3. Help remove areas of spills and stains.
